

Marathon's business is focused on the advanced exploration and development of the Mt Gee
deposit in the Paralana Mineral System (EL 3258), located in South Australia's Flinders Ranges.
The company also has a portfolio of highly prospective copper-gold-uranium properties in the Gawler Craton.
Other gold and copper-gold projects are located in South Australia and western Victoria, including first class copper-gold and base metal (silver-lead-zinc) projects in the Adelaide Geosyncline in South Australia and a prospective gold project in the Moyston Fault Zone in Victoria.
In addition, a joint venture with Primary Resources Ltd announced in April 2007 will extend Marathon's uranium and polymetallic exploration activities in Western Australia.
